In January 1997, their company was sold into Universal Television Enterprises. But 21 years later (in January 2017), their company came back from the defunct companies.

March 2017-Present
In March 2017 (this year) they improved their logo by leaving the font Book Antiqua Bold Italic they used to make the company name since they made their 1st logo. The blue lowercase "m" and the triangular wedges making up the "Multimedia M" circle were also improved much better than the 1st logo. Also, this time they changed the blue background into a black background leaving the smoke or whatever it is.
