MTV Plus is an anime drama radio and CHR radio network based in Tokyo, Japan, and later, Southeast Asia, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and India. Launched in 1989, the purpose of station was to play pop music, anime character songs, K-POP songs, C-POP songs, and the radio drama adaptation of the Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko light novels with their target audience being teenagers and young adults. It is owned and operated by Kadokawa Shoten and Viacom.

In 2000, Jam Productions' Hot Wired jingle packages (which was also used for 93.1 WDRQ Detroit and 101.6 MTV on Sky Jakarta) was used until 2005. In 2005, IQ Beats Fox FM Oxfordshire 2002 package (that was used for Beat 102 103 Ireland and Megaswara FM Bogor) was used until 2013.
2013-2023[]
Kadokawa Sneakers FM rebranded into Snick FM. The ReelWorld KBKS 106.1 Kiss FM Seattle jingles package (which was used for Rádio Transamérica Brazil, Hallam FM South Yorkshire, 102.5 Clyde 1 Glasgow, 102.7 Hereward Peterborough, 88.4 Global Radio Jakarta, and 97.5 Play FM Palembang) is used for the jingles.
2023-present[]
Snick FM rebranded into MTV Plus. The ReelWorld 103.5 WKTU New York 2014 jingles package (which was used for PTPN Radio Solo, Ardan Radio) is used for the jingles.
