MLARTV (Mexican and Latin American Radio and Television, Radio y Televisión de Mexico y Latinoamericano) is a state and continent-owned broadcaster that was founded in 1945 after World War II. It operates TV channels and Radio stations all over Mexico and Latin America (expect for Brazil, Guyana French Guiana, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname, Curaçao, Caribbean Netherlands and Falkland Islands).
