The station is owned by Radio and Television of Minecraftia (RTM), which are the same operators as, MBN1, MBN2, MBN4, MBN5, Radio Uno!, Radio Due!, Radio Tre!, Radio Symphony and Radio Tempestas (Weather in Latin), as part of a triopoly with FOX/Cartoonito affiliate MRUE-TV and MyNetworkTV affiliate MKYI-TV share studios at Global Plaza, Jagna Street, Minecraftia City, and the three stations share transmission facilities off Transmitter Area, Jagna Street, Minecraftia City. The three stations share the market with cable-only CW+ affiliate Rockland CW which is controlled by Charter Spectrum and offers limited local advertising, along with MDER-DTV (a translator of Minecraftia CBS affiliate MCBS-TV, which serves as the default CBS station for this area).
