In April 2017, two months after establishment, Live Interactive acquired most of the rights (except for copyrights) of the titles Nonono Puzzle Chalien, Chee-Chai Alien and Project Hacker from RED Entertainment and Creatures.

Then, Live Interactive acquired Hands-On Mobile's studios in USA, UK, China and South Korea; staff and trademarks of Adrenium Games, Black Ship Games and Monsoon (game studios in Kirkland, WA) with Backbone Vancouver studio and Other Ocean Interactive & Glu Mobile's Portland, Toronto, San Mateo, Moscow, Beijing and Bellevue studios.

  • The Montecito, Portland, San Mateo, Emeryville, San Francisco, Kirkland, San Diego, Bellevue and Seattle offices merged into the Los Angeles office.
  • Then, the Shanghai, Beijing, Seoul, Moscow studios merged to form the Sydney office.
  • The Manchester office closed down with its employees transferring to LGS Manchester.
  • The Vancouver and Newfoundland offices merged into the Toronto office.

The London office became Black Ship Games, while the Toronto office became Adrenium Monsoon, both of which (with the Sydney office) were bought out by Singularity Games.

In October 2018, it was consolidated into Singularity Games.
