After Quito Inc's acquisition by Qualis following the former bankruptcy, Q7 was integrated as part of Libum Electronics, and later became its consumer electronics arm, after Libum sold most of its own business to Nimbus Electronics. The branding was done by Salovaara & Kukkonen Group Houston.

The video game related operations were soon integrated into Libum Games.
