Tiger Music acquired Carolco Music and Cannon Music in 1994 and merged them into Tiger Music. In 1997, Tiger Holdings merged it's Tiger Music with Cinergi Records and Morgan Creek Records to form Crystal Records and spun off as independent company before it was acquired by A Holdings, then Polar Night Inc.
