Kringvarp Cyrumu (or KVC) is the ITV franchise for the British Crown Dependency of Cyrumuland. Originally, Cyrumuland was served by Grampian, but in 1968, it got its own franchise. Besides the two STV franchises, KVC is one of three franchises still not owned by ITV plc.
