Kobe Kyoto Television Broadcasting is an fictional television in Hyoko Prefecture, Japan. It start broadcast on November 19, 1962, one year before the Premiered of NSB.

In 1992, the NSB Station Operations and Management Board decided that Hokkaido, Akita, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Shizuoka, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Hiroshima, Tokushima, Nagasaki and Okinawa stations will remain to be the main stations.

In late 1994, the NSB Station Operations and Management Board decided that they want to merge stations in Kansai region to one, therefore causing the aforementioned results. KKTB ceased broadcasting on February 28, 1995, and merged to form Kinki Television.
