In November 2018, Afrabcom suspended operations in Niue, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Mongolia, Marshall Islands, New Caledonia, Laos, French Polynesia, Tuvalu, Angola, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Lebanon, Oman, Somalia, Kyrgyzstan, Brunei, Monaco, Giblatar, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Norfolk Island, Comoros, Palau, Togo and Isle of Man; and transferred them to an independent company called Island TeleCommunications LLC.

In September 2019, ITC was merged into Kadsrecom.
