Kadsre Bank Group is an El Kadsreian banking and financial services company, headquartered in El Kadsre City, El Kadsre. It was founded by Qualis, now owned by Quest Bank.
Background
Salvonic Lifestyle Group (a division of Qualis) sold off Seriously Financial Services's non-banking services and non-US operations, Laserium Bank's non-US operations, Checkmasters's operations in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Philippines, and the MyCheckmastersOnline, DeliMasters, Checkmasters at OeboStore & Checkmasters Express brands; to a consortium consiting of Cerberus Capital Management, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Banco Santander, ING Group, UniCredit, HSBC, UBS, Nordea, Rabobank, Danske Bank, Bradesco, DBS Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and State Bank of India.
Following that, Laserium Bank's remaining business in the USA and the remainings of Seriously Financial Services will merge to form Kadsre Bank Group. Later on in July 1, 2019, Qualis gave the company's to Quest. Kadsre Bank Group, even including Quest Ventures non-Media & Entertainment itself, was acquired by SWA Holdings since August 13, 2022.

On January 30, 2019, Qualis merged Checkmasters' operations in Simerica, Kensland, Sentan, Minecraftia, Mahri, Cyrumuland, Vicnora and North El Kadsre, with the remaining assets of Laserium Bank and Seriously Financial Services, that weren't sold off as part of restructuring, into Kadsre Bank Group. In July 1, 2019. Qualis gave KBG to Quest Bank, which in turn was bought out by CPN Holdings.

For the first time since the square logo was introduced from 2019, the "KBG" font is non-capital and uses the corporate BBC Reith font. It was officially introduced on August 30, 2022 after being leaked on August 17 of the same year (also the same day that Camatary also leaked the new logo in its promotion by accident). This is also the first time the new logo has been introduced after KBG became part of SWA Holdings following the purchase of Quest Ventures (except Quest Media&Entertainment) including KBG.
