KWAB-TV is a commercial-free television station that serves the Benton, Arkansas area and operates on channel 22. It is owned by KCER Media (a division of KB Broadcasting) which also owns KCER-TV and CER Two along with the CER2 Digital Networks suite. It offers a variety of movies, sports, comedy, drama, news, kid shows, and exclusive specials produced exclusively to KWAB-TV.

In 1980, the affiliate become a third PBS affliate in Benton, and the only PBS affiliate is owned by Field Communications, then Metromedia from 1983 and finally FTS Group from 1986.

In 1988, the brand reuses KWAB 1979-1980 logo, without the outlined rounded rectangle, and the second 2 instead.

In 1996, it become the second Telemundo affiliate and the first as a secondary station.
In 2000, the affiliate become a second UPN affliate in Benton.
The logo is based in the KCER 2002 logo.
This logo is based on the KCER 2004 logo.
On August 1, 2014, KWAB's signal was uplinked via a satellite to all 50 states of the USA, upgrading KWAB-TV from a small station broadcasting only to Benton to a nationwide superstation broadcasting to the entirety of the 50 states of the USA.
In 2015, KWAB launched a new logotype and new branding. During January 2016, the CEO of KWAB fired himself from KCER Media and KWAB Networks, to join a new channel to compete with KWAB. The result was TeleTV, a new cable network owned by Telemedia, which is a company owned by his brother.
In 2016, after the KCER digital realignment (involving the KCER digital subchannels), KWAB launched a new logo, based on the 2016 CER2 logo.
