KQRB (branded on-air as Qualis Radio Benton) was a commercial radio station licensed to operate from Benton, Arkansas. It is owned by Qualis. It began broadcasting in 1960 as a Kaiser Broadcasting station.

KCER-AM begins broadcasting in 1960 as a affiliate of the Mutual Broadcasting System, and it was owned by Kaiser Broadcasting.

In 1965, KCER-AM switched to its Top 40 format along with the new logo in 1973.

In late 1979, Field Communications purchased Kaiser Broadcasting and KCER-AM introduces the new logo along with jingles from JAM Creative Productions which KCER-AM made until 2012.
Originally the station was offering a Top 40/CHR format (branded as 82 KCER) until 1988, country (branded as Country 82 KCER) until 1993, news/talk (branded as Talk Radio 82 KCER and News and Talk 820 KCER) until 2009, and comedy (branded as Comedy AM820 KCER) until 2012.

In 1988, after 23 years as a top 40 outlet, KCER-AM switched to Country along with a new logo.

In 2009, KCER-AM relaunches as all-comedy featuring live programming aimed at college students and comedic stars.

In 2012, after 52 years as a general-interest radio station, KCER-AM officially becomes Radio Fimbles 820 offering fun with the Fimbles and the Roly Mo Show 24 hours a day, along with new jingles from TM Studios.

On January 30, 2019, KWAB-AM, KWAB-FM and KCER-FM merged into KCER-AM to form KQRB (Qualis Radio Benton). The station became commercial, took over KWAB-AM's airwaves and it stopped broadcasting from 820 KhZ.
On June 2, 2019, Qualis Radio Benton suddenly shut down its operations. The station was later stated to be "unprofitable". All staff was then moved to iHeartMedia.
