KIVO Network (formerly KIVO Superstation) is a commercial-free cable/satellite television network that operates as a national superstation feed of station-turned-broadcasting departments owned and headquartered at Polar Night Benton Studios in Benton, Arkansas and is similar in style to the former A&E and TLC and has a centralcasting network of six television stations. It is owned by Polar Night Inc and broadcasts nationally via satellite. KIVO Network airs comedy, drama, mystery, documentary, educational, and fine arts programming as well as simulcasts of KIVO-TV's local programming such as KIVO 37 NewsEdge, The Morning Express, and others.

KEFL-TV

KEFL-TV is a commercial-free, viewer supported, fully funded, non-PBS membered public television station in Benton, Arkansas affiliated with The CW Television Network and broadcasts on channel 8. It is owned by KEFL Broadcasting Corporation, which is a non-profit fully funded division of Polar Night Benton Studios as part of the six station television network, and offers a variety of uninterrupted programming including edited and commercial-free broadcasts of barter syndicated programming and CW network shows (which is also commercial-free), along with educational, drama, fine arts, and how-to programs, preschool shows under the 8 Jr strand, and shows for teens under the CW 8 Teen Zone strand. Originally the station was affiliated with CBS until 1971 (moved to WGB-TV), NBC until 1994 (moved to KNBA-TV), and UPN until 1997 (moved to KCER-TV; now a independent station), and also, KEFL-TV was a independent public television station until 2005 when The WB moved from KUAB to that station.

The 1994 logo was primary used of which KEFL-TV was an interim independent station and secondary is Prime Time Entertainment Network until 1995 when the station becomes affiliated with the United Paramount Network. The logo branding is "UPN 8 KEFL".

In 1996, they create two new sister stations in Benton, KSIM-TV (call sign SIMpsons) and KJAP-TV (call sign JAPan)

July 1997-August 2004

In 1997, KEFL-TV dropped its UPN affiliation (sending the network to KCER-TV) and becomes a independent station, and it offered a new schedule including shows from American Program Service (now American Public Television), and expanding its 8 Jr offerings to nine hours a day (previously five hours) and also to Saturday and Sunday mornings.

In 1998, they create three new sister stations in Benton KMET-TV (call sign Memorable Entertainment Television), KHBO-TV (call sign Home Box Office) and KCMX-TV (call sign CineMaX)

KHBO-TV and KCMX-TV are co-owned KEFL with Home Box Office.

KWSB-TV

KWSB-TV is a commercial-free independent television station located in Polar Night Benton Studios and serves the Little Rock area as part of the centralcasting-based KIVO Network. It operates on channel 18 and is owned by Polar Night Benton Studios which also owns flagship station KIVO-TV and other stations across the US. KWSB-TV offers a family-friendly programming format with a variety of news, talk, sports, movies, cartoons, preschool favorites, documentaries, and great family entertainment. Originally the station was owned by Jacksonville Television Inc., Kaiser Broadcasting, Field Communications, KWSB Television Inc. and KIVO Television Group.

In 2005, DirecTV bought a 20% stake in KWSB-TV. Thus, KWSB-TV becomes a DirecTV affiliate and rebranded itself as "DIRECTV 18".

As of January 6th, 2014, in order to redirect DirecTV's programming to KDLD-TV (channel 15) and other KIVO-owned stations, KWSB remain becomes a independent station and returning the branding as "KWSB 18" and offers a new family-friendly programming lineup with little and older kids all day, and families all night on 18.1, along with a general entertainment format under the branding "18+" on 18.2, a VOD-powered general entertainment channel under the branding "18Xtra" on 18.3, and a 24-hour preschool channel under the branding "18 Jr." on 18.4, along with new standardized graphics seen for all KIVO-owned television stations, a new music package for KWSB-TV is "The X Package" by Gari Media Group, and a new bigger always-on ticker which is a first for a television station.

WVHS-TV

WVHS-TV is a commercial-free television station serving Rochester, New York and was a sister station of WOHR-TV. It is part of the centralcasting-based KIVO Network, owned and operated by Polar Night Benton Studios and broadcast on channel 24 and offers a family-friendly entertainment programming format with preschool/kids/teens/family shows.

WHRK

WHRK launched in 1957, but until 1982, didn't have a logo. Instead, it opted for the call sign in Helvetica. It was affiliated with Cartoon Network and Boomerang until 2017, but once had Jetix as a secondary affiliate.

In 1997, WHRK added back the hurricane as part of the Powerhouse rebrand. A similar logo with the "WHRK" text stylized in Jetix's font instead of Cartoon Network's was used for Jetix from 2004-2009.

In 2004, with the launch of the City era WHRK switched to this cube. Due to a bug, the cube can't be seen. In 2009, WHRK refused to affiliate with Disney XD, so Boomerang became their secondary affiliate.

NMAL-TV

After they launched Nawmal Network in 2016, Sam A. Webster and Chance S. are also launching NMAL-TV (also known as YourNawmal20), a local television station which can be found in Channel 13, and is owned and operated by Nawmal Network Corporation (located in Nawmalland, Colorado), the same company that owned Nawmal Network.

KIVO Superstation along with six television stations merged to form KIVO Network, forming a centralcasting network of six stations including KEFL-TV, KWSB-TV, KDLD-TV, WHRK-TV, NMAL-TV, and its flagship station KIVO-TV.
