Jam is an American free-to-air children's television network owned by Shadow Projects.

Jam was first launched in August 26, 2001 by HBO and Shadow Projects as an afternoon block that initially aired from 7:00am to 11:00am daily on HBO Family.
In June 2005, Shadow Projects would take full ownership of the block and convert it to a television network.
