Fredbear Studios was first founded as Fredbear Creations on July 17, 2017 by Michael Grover as a way to make his dream of making movies and games come to fruition.

2018–2019[]
On June 20, 2018, Fredbear Creations was renamed to Fredbear Studios. The company also introduced the new red heart logo, which has become a well-known icon.
2019–2020[]
On December 5, 2019, the logo and heart were given an updated look. The rebranded logo was done by Danny Lyons. In January 2020, Clever Entertainment acquired the company, adding in the Clever byline underneath.
2020–present[]
On April 3, 2020, Fredbear Studios merged with NancerMetropolitan to form NancerMetroFBS. However, hours after the merger, the company split. In return, Nancer chose to wholly acquire FBS and its subsidiaries, adding in the "A unit of NancerMetropolitan" byline. The new logo was also designed by Isaac Wykes
Fredbear Entertainment Group[]
2020 (unused)[]
By May 1 2020, Fredbear Studios changed its new name into Fredbear Entertainment Group due to FBS has some toxicity and drama and will close operations for good. This unused logo was also designed by Danny Lyons.
2020–present[]
The new logo for Fredbear Entertainment Group has been arrived on April 28. This logo was also designed by Isaac Wykes and Tanner Goethals.

On July 11, 2020, the company renamed to Horizon City Corporation.
Harmonic Entertainment Inc.[]
July 24, 2020 - Dec 31, 2020[]
On July 25, 2020, New Metropolitan announced that HCC would liquidate all assets and cease operations by July 26, 2020. The brand was revived on July 31, 2020, along with the Fredbear Entertainment Group brand by Harmonic Entertainment Inc., a successor company that oversees all generations of the company.
On October 15, 2020, NancerMetroJP split into two entities: NancerMedia and New Metro Pictures Corporation, resulting in Harmonic being brought on over to NancerMedia along with JacobH Ltd.
