Goodly is an Sakarian basic cable channel based in Yeretski City. It is owned by TV5 Select, a subsidiary of Paramount Sakaria. The channel features programming that is geared toward women or features women in lead roles.
It primarily competes with Lyf and StarLife, both of which are also channels that are geared towards women.

On September 4, 2010, Goodly updated its square G logo that was used from 2009-2012, they also introduced a new slogan "Its All Good." The rebrand was designed by FutureBrand.

This logo was short-lived, only lasting 2 months.
2017-2019[]
On May 4, 2017, Goodly introduced a logo similar to the 1999 logo with the design being slightly different (most notably indicated with the signature format being decreased on some of the letters). A new slogan was also introduced "Watch Good, Feel Good.". The rebrand was designed by Red Bee Media.
2019-2021[]
On December 24, 2019, Goodly modified its 2017 logo, however the idents and graphics are still the same albeit with the new logo. They also kept the 2017 slogan.
On July 5, 2020, Goodly introduced a new slogan "Make It Count".
2021-present[]
On July 12, 2021, Goodly modified its 2019 logo. This version uses a lowercase 'g', and has a slight beveled/shiny look.
This was first used on-air during the premiere of Why Women Kill, then rolled-out on social media and on the channel's website.
