on February 2, 2010, KidsCo Xentang was launched, it was owned by Star TV Xentang, under license of Corus Entertainment.

It was popularity known for airing "Running Man" with Xentangese subtitles.

on May 1, 2021, Fox Xentang was merged to Taiwanese feed with localized commercials, which later January 1, 2022, the channel was later renamed to Star World, ending "Fox" channel name for almost 10 years.
