Utsav Tayo is the version of Disney's Tamil entertainment channel Star Vijay in the Philippines. It was launched on January 22, 2021, replacing Star Vijay.
The Utsav brand is taken from Star's existing Indian channels, Star Utsav and Star Utsav Movies.

in January 19, 2021, Disney announced to launch Tagalog-language Bollywood channel, "Utsav Tayo" slated to replace Star Vijay in the Philippines on January 22, 2021.
Their slogan is "Parehong Libangan, Bagong Pagkakakilanlan".
