2002-2006, 2021[]

on March 7, 2002 at 12pm, Boomerang Crenisa was launched, the first program to air on that channel was "Augie Doggie and Doggie Daddy", at same day, TCM timeshare was moved from Cartoon Network Crenisa to Boomerang Crenisa, making this channel nicknamed as "The ultimate classic channel for families".

from March 7, 2002 to July 1, 2003, Boomerang Crenisa airs from 6am-9pm everyday, however it was timeshared with TCM, which airs from 9pm-6am everyday.

on July 1, 2003, Boomerang Crenisa went 24/7 channel, making TCM to be separated 24/7 channel.

on May 2005, Boomerang Crenisa began to broadcast G4 programs (starting with Attack of the Show!, Icons and X-Play), however under unnamed block (with G4-styled bumpers), which airs everyday at 9pm-11pm (during 2007-2010, 8pm-12am, however with 2010 rebrand, it was solidified to main schedule).

on November 27, 2021, the 2002 logo and graphics was reused for Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans (Crenisan TV Premiere) promo, likely due to closure.

its cyan screenbug was famous for Crenisan airings of several Asian dramas (including Boys Over Flowers, Kaseifu no Mita, May Bukas Pa and Just in Singapore), due to Boomerang Crenisa airs Asian dramas from 2009 until the rebrand in 2014.

2014-2022[]

on December 29, 2014, Boomerang shifted from cartoons, teen and asian drama channel to full-cartoons and children channel (moving non-cartoons and non-children and Asian dramas programs to TNT or Star World) (however Attack of the Show! (the only non-children program to remain to air on Boomerang Crenisa) will moves to exclusively 12am everyday slot with reruns, which remains until atleast December 31, 2021), also recieved the 2015 international rebrand, last show before the rebrand was "Ninja Warrior", however the first show after the rebrand was "Tom and Jerry".

The rebrand was mixed reviews over dropping asian dramas but possitive in several times (including the Boomerang Crenisa premiere of "Tales of Arcadia", which taken places on January 11, 2021, however that day, "Becoming: Part 1" was most watch episode of any program on Boomerang Crenisa of that day).

WarnerMedia also confirmed that the 30 minute farewell montage of Boomerang (which will feature every shows that aired on Boomerang and atleast 1 Boomerang bumper from every era) will air on afformentioned channel after December 31 airing of Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans (Crenisan TV premiere) on Boomerang Crenisa, which will air at 9:50pm but without commercials.

according to WarnerMedia Devember 2021 highlights (which released on November 27, 2021), Boomerang Crenisa may air non-stop marathon of Tales of Arcadia (with Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans as Boomerang Crenisa's last program) on December 30 (from 10am-10pm, however Boomerang may air Tom and Jerry Theatrical shorts, The Tom and Jerry Show (1975), Attack of the Show! (January 23, 2013 episode) (at December 31, 2021 at 12am), Scooby-Doo, Where are You!, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy and Tamagotchi! during 10pm at December 30 to 6am the next day) and 31 respectively before shutting down and replacing with Tooncast.

on November 1, 2021, WarnerMedia Crenisa announced to convert Boomerang Crenisa to Tooncast Crenisa, moving several of modern cartoons to Cartoon Network and all of preschool shows that aired on Boomerang Crenisa to Cartoonito, leaving only 1930s-2000s cartoons and pre-2011 Cartoon Network original programs (WarnerMedia Crenisa confirmed that Tooncast Crenisa will also air Tales of Arcadia, Wacky Races (2017), The Tom & Jerry Show (2014), Tom & Jerry in New York, Tamagotchi!, Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!, Scooby-Doo! and Guess Who? and Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs, all of these used to aired on Boomerang Crenisa).

on November 27, 2021, the channel was teased without name "Tooncast" via promos aired on Boomerang (may likely air on other WarnerMedia Crenisa channels on December 15, 2021) and YouTube ads, however on the WM Crenisa December 2021 highlights, the channel was named as "the mysterious channel that will air your favorite cartoons", and confirmed that "Tooncast" name will not show on Crenisan TV screens until December 7, 2021, when WarnerMedia Crenisa 2022 Kids, Teens and Young Adult Upfront was aired across WarnerMedia Crenisa channels.

on November 30, 2021, WarnerMedia Crenisa confirmed that either Boomerang or TCM could be replace with Tooncast or G4 depending on pay TV providers.
