On 1 April 2003, Channel 4 was relaunced as ZTV. While it kept some of it’s original launch shows, some were phased out and moved to TV3 or other channels. The refresh also saw the channel launch a larger emphasis on music programming during the day with comedy and entertainment at night.

2007-2015[]
ZTV rebranded into TV4 on 8 September 2007. Most music programming would be moved to TV3 and eventually V5. TV4 would focus on entertainment and factual programming for primarily youth audiences.
2015-2020[]
As part of a channel rebrand, TV4's logo became flat in 2015.
FOX[]
2020-2023[]
On 7th December, 2019, as part of EuroMedia's 2020 up-fronts, it was announced that TV4 was to rebrand as a localised version of FOX, airing mainly the same programming as it's predecessor.
