FX38 is a commercial-free television station that serves the Scotland region of the UK that begin broadcasting in 1985 as TV38. It broadcasts from Glasgow, Scotland and broadcasts on channel 38, it is owned and operated by the Fox Entertainment Group division of 21st Century Fox. It is a affiliate of the American broadcast network Fox and the cable/satellite channels FX and FXX.
It is based on the 1979 BBC2 logo, even when the station becomes "Fox 38", the logo continued thru 1990.
It is based on the 1989 Fox affiliate logo.

It is based on the 1994 Fox logo.
It is based on the 1994 fXM logo, it rebranded as "fX38: Scotland Television" under the new slogan "Scotland's Fox Station".
In April 2013, when FX adopted the International logo, it has rebranded "FX38" under the "Fearless" slogan.
In December 2018, it stopped its affiliation with CBeebies, CBBC, CITV, Cartoonito, BBC One, ITV, Channel 5, Sky1, and other UK channels, thus stopping the offering of a variety of programming for the entire family with preschool in the morning and on weekends, kids in middays (weekends only), and families in the mid/late-afternoon (weekdays only) and at night. It shifted focus to only Fox, FX and FXX programs.
In January 30, 2019, amidst the Disney-Fox deal, Qualis (formerly Laserium Holdings, Fortner Digital Media Properties UK, and KIVO Television Group International) announced to sell its stake in FX 38. The buyer is yet to be found.
