On June 18, 2022, in response to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine, TMK Corp. was split into two: the new TMK Corp. and the old TMK Corp. is now known as EPMN (delivered from Epomeno, greek for next).
Also, it relocated its headquarters from Russia to France.

On December 17, 2024, epmn underwent a management change and introduced a new logo, which replaced the logo from 2022. Additionally, the color scheme was altered from dark blue to light blue.
