in 2016, Korean Stevia TV Pact (joint-venture company by Rogers Stevia and AMC Networks) signed a deal with JTBC to turn CityTwo into JTBC Stevia.
in December 2019, AMC Networks sold its stake of JTBC Stevia to Rogers Stevia, due to JTBC's deal with Netflix, which results JTBC Stevia to close down on December 31, its last show was "Strong Woman Do Boon Soon" before its shutdown.

in January 1, 2020, a relaunched version of CityTwo launched replacing JTBC Stevia.
