In 2000, Cartoon Network Neverland announced to launch a sister channel for pre-school programming under the name "Small World"
Tiny TV[]

In 2002, Small World was rebranded as "Tiny TV". In 2007, Turner Neverland planned a night-time block on Tiny TV for furries under the "Furry Broadcasting Network" but the idea was delayed for 1 year because of problems to set up the brand new block.
