Cartoon Network 2 is the on-air name for a feed provided by Cartoon Network to digital cable providers that features either the Pacific/Mountain or Eastern/Central feed of the channel, giving viewers – depending on geographical location – a second chance to watch programming three hours after its airing on the East Coast feed in the Eastern and Central time zones, or to watch the show ahead of time three hours before the original airing on the West Coast feed in the Pacific and Mountain time zones (for instance, the Adult Swim block would begin on the Cartoon Network 2 feeds at 12 a.m. ET on Cartoon Network 2 Pacific or 6 p.m. PT weeknights on Cartoon Network 2 Eastern, respectively). The channel is similar to Nick 2.
Cartoon Network 2 launched on October 31, 2009. The logo looks identical to the Cartoon Network HD logo since 2007, but "HD" is replaced by "2".
Cartoon Network 2 changed the logo to the 2010 Cartoon Network logo on September 28, 2011.
