CPN 2019 Logo Magneta

On May 22, 2014, CPN dropped its wordmark after 27 years and the new branding was unveiled by its in-house brand design team in co-operation with its sister company Salovaara & Kukkonen Group. The branding went into effect on June 1, 2014.

In December 2020, following controversies surrounding CPN illegally maintaining monopoly position in both media and retail through acuiring companies, CPN Media Group was splitted into its El Kadsreian division (for El Kadsreian FTA TV) while selling rest of its assets to FBN Holdings (now PWER Holdings) and TMK Corporation.
