On June 10, 2021, CBS announced it had entered an agreement with Nickelodeon to launch a revival block of "Nick on CBS", as CBS' contract with Litton was ending that year. The logo that was first used in promos for the block's launch as of August 9, 2021 featured a design similar to the 2002 logo.
The Nick on CBS revival replaced the CBS Dream Team on September 25, 2021. At this point of the block's launch, the older-skewing Nickelodeon programs were the primary focus of the block, while also acquiring some Nick Jr. programs, which lead to the launch of a sub-block called "Nick Jr. on CBS" used exclusively for the first hour. When the block debuted at that time, it featured a modified version of the CBS branding package featuring a different color palette and a cartoonish look with stretchy "deconstructed eye" elements.
This marks the second time where CBS aired a Nickelodeon-programmed block for younger audiences on weekends.

On September 23, 2023, Nick on CBS went under a major rebranding, introducing a new graphics package using a new iteration of Nickelodeon's classic splat design, used in conjunction with the 2021 logo, but it was later modified to feature the 2023 splat logo on the word "Nick", in addition with the rest of the colors being altered to match that branding. Despite it, the 2023 splat version of the logo remains in use for the mnemonic IDs and some show-specific promos for the block.
