1270 Studios

2015-2018

1270 Studios, then a division of Laserium Entertainment, produced TV and film that initially premiered on digital platforms like Netflix and Hulu before expanding to traditional markets. The goal was to launch original properties, expand current franchises, deploy new business models, and bring audiences to emerging platforms through innovative, sophisticated, and creative storytelling.

In 2018, after Laserium Holdings was merged into Old Dominion Media, all 1270 Studios' projects were moved to SM&E Studios and Old Dominion Pictures. The UK studio in Manchester was shut down and the staff were moved to the US studio, which located in Santa Monica.

The print logo used in-credit and in promotional material, except trailers (posters use the logo though) and press releases.

A majority stake on the remaining studio was sold to Bad Robot Productions, who then decided to rename the studio into Bad Robot Digital and repurposed it as a digital content division of Bad Robot, not to be confused with Bad Robot Interactive.
