BBC EK
2002-2006
On August 1, 2002, a launch network of BBC EK the presentational package featured numerous people of various backgrounds dancing in a predominantly red background to a soundtrack based around an upbeat central jingle. Unlike BBC One, the BBC El Kadsre logo is located in a blue box, similar in style to BBC One's idents of the 2002 to 2006, with the BBC logo stacked on top of an upper case 'EK'. The music for all idents was written by Peter Lawlor of Water Music Productions in London, United Kingdom.

The Circles ident package was introduced on November 1, 2006 as the replacement for the 'Rhythm & Movement' idents that had been in use since 2002. They also feature on the BBC One and BBC America from 2006 to 2017.
