The satellite provider was launched on June 10, 2018 after Strelka shutdown TMK.

By Arrow.media's closure and Strelka's "deceade", Arrow Satellite became the only one "Arrow" brand. It was disconnected on March 1, 2019 12pm (12:00) EST/8pm (20:00) MSK.
