ARTV is an El Kadsreian satellite television channel launched on September 1, 2021. Its owned by El TV Kadsre and Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. ARTV provides the El Kadsreian people programming (acquired, or original) on CBC and CBC El Kadsre.
