On 20 July 2014, ABC Television America is bringing the 1975 Lissajous curve logo back to life, also featuring the new slogan: "#ourABC". For the new idents, the 1975 logo changes in color and has gradients added to it. On month later, on 20th August 2014, ABC Television America have semi-permanently brought back idents featuring people drawing the logo in the air from 1996 and 1997 to run as part of their three year retro presentation plan, which also comes as part of its upcoming 40th anniversary celebration. The date has not been announced for when they would end, but due to the celebrations, they are expected to end around New Year's Day 2017.
