On May 3, 2022, ABC Spark was taken over by RedeCom, changed its format and name to a United Kingdom-only streaming service and became XMax. Since June 2022, XMax has now fully transferred ownership to Satellite Television Network. Also on June 30, 2022, XMax was finally officially launched in Spain through a joint venture with Star in Spain and France under the name Star XMax.
