9History

9History, formerly Historical from 1988 to 2007, and 9Historical from 2007 to 2015, is a channel that airs programming about histories. It was renamed to 9Historical in 2007 to better connect it with the rest of Channel 9. In 2015, History Channel finally announced it would begin programming on 9Historical, thus renaming it to 9History, to reflect the change (despite History Channel also existing in Hosona). It was launched on May 9, 1988.
