9Cinema, formerly 9Movies from 1987 to 2011, is a film channel from Channel 9. It is the second of nine Channel 9 channels, with Channel 9 itself being the first. 9Cinema launched on September 8, 1987.

1997-2001[]

9Cinema1997 — Logo from June 23, 1997 to September 17, 2001. This channel was the worst affected, since the Twin Towers were in several movies; meaning they would have to delay a rebrand. Eventually in 2003, they stopped censoring them.
