in 1999, Skoyoto Broadcastings (now RedStrong) have acquired S36 from PLDT, renaming the corporation to 36Media.
In 2019, Synnefo acquired 2% stake of 36Media from RedStrong, while CPN Holdings acquired a 26% stake, later CPN Holdings acquired another 44 stake of 36Media, while Disney Gau acquired 10% stake of 36Media.
5K Media (2020)
in 2020, 36Media was splitted to new 36Media (which is owned by CPN Holdings) and 5K Media, because of that, the original 5K Media was merged to new 5K Media. also Disney Gau also sold its 10% stake of 5K Media to RedStrong Holdings.
in June 10, 2020, CPN Holdings acquired rest of Rubrum's stake of 5K Media.
on December 10, 2020, PWER Holdings acquired all of 5K Media to merge to TanardoLava.
