1995-1999
The channel made its debut on-air on August 1, 1995. The channel originally ran each day and night from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Cartoons mainly did not air until after 7:00pm, meaning the evening hours were mainly used for patriotic musical shows, propaganda shows, comedy, drama, anime, music videos and others. From launch, the channel was always censored regardless of the time of day.
1999-2010
On April 24, 1999, the channel changed the logo. Following this, 3G began launching in various countries in North America.
